Hi, I’m Kim.

I am a psychotherapist who’s spent close to two decades immersed in studying and working in the treatment of trauma in a complicated and roundabout journey. I’m honored that you’re here and want me to play a part in yours.

Whether there was an exact moment things changed, or whether you’re dealing with the long-term effects of ongoing pervasive events, trauma can be confusing, isolating, fragmented, and takes its toll. My goal is to help clients through their transition towards understanding, clarity, self-acceptance, and growth.

I typically work with adult trauma survivors, PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), those on the dissociative spectrum, vicarious trauma and burnout in first responders. I also help clients work through anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, ADHD, and relationship difficulties.

My approach tends to be a blend of Relational, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, as well as trauma-specific modalities including parts work (IFS), EMDR, Cognitive Processing, Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
